24. How are these articles divided?

Into three parts: the first is of God the Father and our creation the second, of God the Son and our redemption, the third, of God the Holy Ghost and our sanctification. 1)

1) Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace be multiplied. I Pet. 1:2.

* For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. I John 5:7.
